Norfolk Tavern, part of Endeavour Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced venue. This hands-on leadership role covers bar, dining, gaming lounge and outdoor areas, with a collaborative team and strong guest focus.

You'll work with other venue leaders on peak shifts, mentor staff, ensure safety and great vibes, and bring energy, service and smiles to every shift. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are required.

Qualifikationen

• Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence required.

Aufgaben

• Get to know the locals and become part of the crew on busy shifts.
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely and with a great vibe.
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospo staff.
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches.
• Bring energy, service, and smiles every shift.
