Job summary

Montauk Tavern on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Front of House hospitality professional to join our waterfront crew. You’ll handle bar service, TAB/KENO and gaming room duties with a customer‑first mindset. RSA/RSG are required, and ongoing training to obtain RMLV is supported.

Qualifications

Montauk Tavern is looking for an experienced Front of House hospitality person to join our waterfront crew.

We’re not chasing fancy titles or someone looking to climb the corporate ladder.

We want a good pub person.

Someone who knows their way around a bar, understands TAB, KENO and gaming, enjoys talking to customers and regulars, and turns up with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants stability and a venue they can genuinely become part of.

You’ll ideally have solid pub or hospitality experience and be comfortable working across:

• Bar service
• TAB & KENO
• Gaming room
• Bistro and floor service
• Busy weekends and peak trade

You don't need to know everything — but you do need to be confident, willing to learn and happy to get stuck in wherever the team needs you.
