Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualifications in social work, allied health, community services, nursing or Aboriginal health desirable.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is desirable.
• Current Working with Children’s Check.
• Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
• Immunisations in-line with Ramahyuck Staff Immunisation Policy.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Client Support: Conduct comprehensive, culturally safe assessments for HACC-PYP clients.
• Coordination & Referrals: Facilitate referrals and work with allied health, medical and community providers.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain records and contribute to reports as required.
