Eagles Gym Punchbowl is seeking a committed Gym Manager/Sales Consultant to manage busy evening operations and grow the membership base. This hands-on role requires building relationships with members and converting enquiries into memberships.

Key duties include handling reception, tours, follow-ups and promoting personal training, with weekday evenings 4:00 pm–9:00 pm and a focus on targets, service and continuity of care for members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in gym management, fitness sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Confident speaking with prospective members and highlighting gym services.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable, professional and highly committed.

Eagles Gym Punchbowl is seeking a committed, energetic and results-driven Gym Manager/Sales Consultant to manage our busy evening operations and help grow our membership base. This is a hands-on position for someone who can confidently manage the gym, build strong relationships with members and convert enquiries into new memberships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the gym during evening operating hours
• Welcome members and provide excellent customer service
• Respond to membership enquiries and conduct gym tours
• Follow up leads and convert enquiries into memberships
• Work towards membership and sales targets
• Build positive relationships with new and existing members
• Assist with member retention and engagement
• Ensure the gym remains clean, organised and professionally presented
• Handle general reception, administration and daily operational duties
• Promote personal training and other gym services

About you

• Previous experience in gym management, fitness sales, personal training or a similar role is preferred
• Strong sales ability and confidence speaking with prospective members
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, professional and highly committed
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
• Able to manage responsibilities independently
• A genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people
• Available to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
