The role involves replacing amenities, managing linen and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining a clean, orderly environment while following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area.
• Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Replace dirty linens and towels with clean items.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash and service items, and ensure appliances are working.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report maintenance issues and store flammable materials properly.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate service needs; assist guests with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Speak with guests and colleagues using clear, professional language.
