BelgraviaPRO seeks a friendly Front of House Officer for Ocean Beach Tourist Park in Miami on the Gold Coast. The role is casual with potential to become permanent for the right candidate, reporting to the Park Manager and handling guest service, bookings, and basic admin tasks.

You will work across a 7‑day roster, use an in-house booking system, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment. Training will be provided, with emphasis on customer service and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is essential.
• National Police Check clearance upon onboarding.
• Working with Children Check NSW or equivalent.

The Role

We are seeking to hire bright and enthusiastic candidates to work in the role of aFront of House Officerat Ocean Beach Tourist Park in Miami on Queensland's Gold Coast. Employment will commence as a casual but consideration for a permanent role will be given to the right candidate.

Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks. The role will require you to use the in-house accommodation booking system. Full training will be offered. An intermediate computer knowledge would be highly regarded.

About you

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7-day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

You will bring to the role:

• Fantastic customer service;
• Professional and personable telephone manner;
• Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes;
• Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;
• Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a team environment

ESSENTIAL

• Current CPR
• National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
• Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent

DESIRABLE

• RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) or similar guest reservation system would be highly regardedbut not necessary
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
