BelgraviaPRO on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly Front of House Officer for Ocean Beach Tourist Park in Miami. This casual role may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate, with full training and supportive team environment.

You will deliver exceptional guest service face-to-face and over the phone, handle bookings using our in-house system, and assist with administrative and cleaning tasks while working a 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles and delivering quality service.
• Ability to handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
• Familiar with computerised booking systems and basic IT skills.
• Willingness to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and holidays.

The Role

We are seeking to hire bright and enthusiastic candidates to work in the role of a Front of House Officerat Ocean Beach Tourist Park in Miami on Queensland's Gold Coast. Employment will commence as a casual but consideration for a permanent role will be given to the right candidate.

Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks. The role will require you to use the in-house accommodation booking system. Full training will be offered. An intermediate computer knowledge would be highly regarded.

About you

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7-day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

You will bring to the role:

• Fantastic customer service;
• Professional and personable telephone manner;
• Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes;
• Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;
• Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a team environment

ESSENTIAL:

• Current CPR
• National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
• Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent

DESIRABLE:

• RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) or similar guest reservation system would be highly regardedbut not necessary
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
