Job summary

The Star Sydney is seeking a personable Gaming Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the gaming floor and in private areas. You will introduce yourself, build relationships with guests, and help maintain high service standards.

This role requires a rotating roster including late nights and public holidays, excellent communication, and computer literacy. RSA is required or willingness to obtain.

As a Gaming Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experiencethrough proactively engaging with our guests. A few of your responsibilities:

• Meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas introducing yourself and how you can assist them
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business
• Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Monitor gaming activities are compliant with our establishment's policies
• Promote and provide feedback on all customer and guest related service programs

What we are looking for:

• Must be able to work a rotating roster including late nights and public holidays
• Experience in a guest service-related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy essential
• Hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain
