Job summary

Vista Hospitality Group is seeking a customer service focused front desk agent for Sage Hotel Ringwood in Ringwood, VIC. You will welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, manage guest profiles and VIP statuses, and assist with duties across front desk operations.

RSA certified and Protel experience a plus; training provided. Join a supportive team at a location with modern rooms, dining and conference facilities, and easy access to public transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel customer service.
• RSA certification required.
• Familiarity with Protel property management system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist guests with requests and VIP services.
• Follow cash handling, guest confidentiality, and security procedures.
• Provide multi-skill support across front desk and guest services.

• Process check-ins and check-outs.
• Monitor guest profiles and VIP status levels.
• Meeting and greeting VIP guests and Groups.
• Follow processes & polices in terms of cash handling, guest confidential information & hotel security.
• Multi‑skilled in all areas of customer service to provide a great guest experience from start to finish.
