Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Service Agent (AYS) to support the Guest Services team with daily operations and help travellers with enquiries, billing, and local knowledge. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience with OPERA or similar PMS, relevant guest services experience, and working rights in Australia. Join a globally recognized Marriott brand and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
• Relevant experience in a similar guest services role.
• Working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Services team with general operational tasks.
• Be an expert on the hotel and local area to exceed traveller expectations.
• Handle general enquiries with friendly, genuine service.
• Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for travellers and follow up on questions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with travellers for future bookings.
