Eureka Villages is seeking a friendly Guest Services & Administration Officer to join our Kin Kora community and help us create a welcoming, well-run village for residents and visitors.

Do you love helping people, enjoy keeping things organised and take pride in being the friendly first point of contact?
Join Eureka Villages as our Guest Services & Administration Officer at Kin Kora and help us create a welcoming, well-run community for our residents and visitors.
Eureka Villages is an ASX-listed company with a growing portfolio of communities across Australia, including our all-ages rental community in Kin Kora.
At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.
As our Guest Services & Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Kin Kora community. From welcoming new residents and handling bookings to processing payments and supporting the Park Manager, your work will have a direct impact on the experience of everyone who lives in and visits the community.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll work as part of the onsite team while having the independence to manage your workload and keep the office running smoothly.
Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you’ll join a team that takes pride in creating communities where people feel they belong.
This is a varied, people-focused role for someone who enjoys customer service, takes pride in accuracy and likes keeping things running smoothly.
At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
No two days are exactly the same.
You might start the morning welcoming a new resident and completing their move-in, before processing payments, updating bookings, preparing a community notice or helping the Park Manager with scheduling and correspondence.
You’ll spend plenty of time interacting with residents and visitors, so we’re looking for someone who is approachable, respectful and happy to help while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
Most importantly, you’ll take pride in your work and understand that the small things matter when you’re helping people feel at home.
We’re looking for someone friendly, organised and customer focused.
Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting, and an understanding of compliance requirements in residential or hospitality settings, would be highly regarded.
You’ll also need to be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts and have a strong commitment to service, accuracy and resident satisfaction.
If you’re customer-focused, proactive and love working in a community-driven role, we’d love to hear from you.
Eureka is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and able to contribute. All successful applicants will be required to complete relevant pre-employment checks and provide evidence of unrestricted right to work in Australia.
