At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.

From maintaining gardens and lawns to completing general repairs and responding to resident maintenance requests, your work will have a direct impact on the place our residents call home.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll work as part of the onsite team while having the independence to identify what needs doing and get on with the job.
Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you'll join a team that takes pride in creating communities where people feel they belong.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in seeing the results of their work.
At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
No two days are exactly the same.
You might start the morning mowing and maintaining the grounds before moving on to a resident maintenance request, repairing a fixture, pressure cleaning an outdoor area or helping prepare a unit or communal space.
You'll spend plenty of time outdoors and interacting with residents, so we're looking for someone who is approachable, respectful and happy to lend a hand while maintaining professional boundaries.
Most importantly, you'll take pride in your work and understand that the small things matter when you're helping maintain someone's home.
We're looking for someone practical, reliable and comfortable getting stuck in.
You’ll also need to be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and have a strong commitment to safety, presentation and resident satisfaction.
