The Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent/Supervisor to join our hospitality team. You will manage guest enquiries, assist with daily operations, and ensure a seamless guest experience across front desk and restaurant interactions.

This role offers a work-life balance in a boutique setting with training and career development opportunities, plus the chance to learn new skills while mentored by experienced management.

Qualificações

• Hospitality experience and customer-focused service.

• Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily checklists and handover reports.
• Develop and maintain guest relationships and ensure a positive guest journey.
• Handle incoming accommodation and restaurant enquiries.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues to encourage repeat business.
• Set up and inspect arrival rooms to high standards.
• Provide requested reporting and documentation.
• Work a rotating roster (AM/PM/weekends) independently and as part of a team.

Are you a hospitality enthusiast with exceptional customer service skills and a team player?

We're seeking a part time Guest Service Agent/Supervisor to work with the existing team on the daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

As a key player in our team, you'll handle guest enquiries, complete relevant reporting & checklists including opening and closing/rolling of the hotels systems and uphold the highest standards of service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completion of daily check list
• Develop and maintain guest/client relationships
• Providing our guests with a positive ‘Customer Journey’
• Take incoming accommodation and restaurant enquiries.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving outstanding issues to ensure repeat business
• Set up and checking of arrival rooms to ensure that are of the highest standard
• Provide reporting as requested
• The ability to work a rotating roster (including AM, PM & week-ends) independentlyand as part of a team.
