EVT Limited is hiring a Guest Service Agent for Rydges Sydney Airport. This casual role focuses on delivering warm, professional guest service from check-in to check-out, coordinating with hotel departments, and maintaining accurate reservations and guest records.

You’ll join a team that values friendly, efficient service, strong communication and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach in a busy airport hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in front office operations including check-in/out and handling guest accounts.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Rydges, deliver warm, memorable stays from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, including check-in/check-out and cashiering.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages and local knowledge.
• Uphold hotel policies, WHS standards and maintain a safe, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Be the face of Rydges, you'll deliver warm, memorable stays from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave. We are looking a Casual GSA’s to join the team.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, providing warm welcomes and farewells, and promptly responding to requests, messages, and concerns.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, including accurate check‑in/check‑out, cashiering, daily transactions, and opening/closing duties in line with hotel procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure rooms, special requests, and guest expectations are fully met.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local area knowledge to confidently assist guests and maximise service quality.
• Uphold hotel policies, WH&S standards, training requirements, and equipment care while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in front office operations including check‑in/out and handling guest accounts.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other departments in the hotel
• The ability to deal with multiple requests at once and maintain a high level of service.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.
