Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts in Tathra Beachfront Holiday Park is seeking a casual Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and ensure memorable stays. The role is hands-on, requires weekend, public holiday and peak-season availability, and offers about 25 hours per week.

You will handle reservations and front-desk tasks, answer calls and emails promptly, and liaise with other departments to prepare rooms and meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service experience with excellent communication.

Job Description

• Please note, Tathra Beachfront Holiday Parkis not in an eligible location to be counted towards working holiday visa days

We’re looking for a casual Guest Service Agent to be the friendly face that makes every guest feel at home. Weekend, public holiday, and peak summer availability is a must. This role offers approximately 25 hours per week, however additional hours may be required during peak times. What you’ll do:

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories. On a daily basis you will:

• Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
• Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
• Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met

What you’ll bring:

• Strong Guest Service experience with sound knowledge of NewBook, RoomMaster, Operaor a similar booking system
• A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
• A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience
• Problem solving skills including the ability to apply mathematical skills in a workplace context
• Flexibility to work across other areas of the business if required
