G’day Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort. You will be the first contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and handling inquiries while supporting front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RMS or similar reservation systems is an advantage.
• Proficient computer skills and well-presented, organized, detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; weekend/public holiday work possible.

The Role

As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various front desk operations.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Familiarity with RMS or a similar Reservation Booking System is an advantage
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
• Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
• A valid driver's license is essential

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon Resort. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. G'day Group offers competitive remuneration and remote living benefits. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
