Job summary

G’day Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort to provide outstanding guest service and manage front desk tasks. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries and supporting reservations and guest needs in a remote Kings Canyon setting.

This role requires flexibility with hours (including weekends/public holidays) and a valid driver’s license, with accommodation and meals provided at discounted rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with RMS or similar booking systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

The Role

As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various front desk operations.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Familiarity with RMS or a similar Reservation Booking System is an advantage
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
• Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
• A valid driver's license is essential

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon Resort. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
