Job summary

Village Roadshow Limited is seeking a Guest Service Agent at Sea World Resort, Main Beach Gold Coast. You’ll be at the heart of guest experiences, handling check-ins, giving local tips, and supporting daily operations with a energetic hospitality mindset.

The role requires a friendly, proactive team player with a passion for exceptional guest service and flexible weekend availability. Opera PMS experience is a plus and the position offers full-time hours on the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check-in and check-out with warmth and efficiency.
• Assist guests with luggage, local tips and inquiries.
• Coordinate daily arrivals and support internal reports.
• Handle cash transactions and perform reconciliations accurately.
