Responsibilities

• Keep public areas looking their best, inside and out.
• Clean indoor and outdoor public areas (including pool, gym and shared bathrooms) to high standards.
• Handle specialised equipment and chemicals safely.
• Assist guests with inquiries and security matters, and coordinate with other departments.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and missing items to the relevant teams.
