Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and owners.

• Maintain clear communication across Housekeeping and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and owners.
• Order the daily delivery of linen and verify quantities.
• Ensure linen delivery is intact and report discrepancies.
• Collect dirty linen daily and assist laundering of resort linen.
• Clean assigned common areas and promptly respond to guest requests.
• Deliver amenities and consumables to pantries daily; keep corridors clean.
• Assist with guest luggage on check-in/out as required.
• Perform lock up duties after evening hours.
• Comply with OH&S policies and uphold Travel + Leisure standards.
