Job summary

Journey Beyond is hiring for a Grounds Crew member to support our operations in the Whitsundays. You will deliver outstanding guest service, manage luggage and freight, and maintain inventory to ensure smooth vessel operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar customer service role.
• Must hold a valid manual driver license.
• Must have own transport to/from Shute Harbour.
• First Aid qualifications highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain professional presentation.
• Manage the movement of luggage and freight efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory through ordering, receiving, and counting.
• Assist vessel crew with loading and unloading of freight, luggage, and guests.
• Ensure clear communication with fleet and Port of Airlie.
• Aid reservations team with enquiries and check-ins, including issuing tickets through CustomLinc.
