Job summary

Journey Beyond's Reefsleep Host role is a permanent full-time position delivering exceptional guest service across overnight Reefworld experiences aboard our Great Barrier Reef operations. You will support the Reefworld guest journey, assist with dining service, and maintain high standards of accommodation and housekeeping while embodying the Journey Beyond brand.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or rooms division experience, excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and a proactive team

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service across overnight experiences.
Support Reefworld guest journey and daily itinerary.
Assist with food and beverage service at all guest touchpoints.
Maintain accommodation presentation and housekeeping standards.
Adhere to schedules, procedures, and WHS requirements.
Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for guests.
Collect guest feedback and contribute to Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes.

About the role

We are seeking a hospitality and housekeeping professional to join our team as a Reefsleep Host on a permanent full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that enhances guest interactions and delivers exceptional service to guests at Reefworld on the Great Barrier Reef.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service across all overnight experiences.
Support the delivery of the Reefworld guest journey and daily itinerary.
Assist with food and beverage service at all guest touchpoints.
Maintain accommodation presentation and housekeeping standards.
Adhere to schedules, procedures, and WHS requirements

About You

The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You bring experience in both fine dining and housekeeping, coupled with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards in all aspects of your work. As a team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, you will be a proud ambassador of Cruise Whitsundays.
