Job summary

ibis Mackay, part of Accor, is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join TurBARlence Tavern, in room dining and conferencing. You will serve guests, maintain brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience in a tropical North Queensland setting.

Role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. RSA certification is preferred or obtainable, with work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverage to all guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards are maintained
• Ensuring dockets are entered correctly and closed off into POS system
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures
• Assisting with stock control and room set ups
