Job summary

Next Level Personnel is seeking a Service Advisor on the Gold Coast to deliver outstanding guest service in a dealership service department. You will greet guests, schedule and manage appointments, and clearly communicate car symptoms and required repairs to customers.

You will obtain parts and labour pricing, keep guests informed on servicing progress, handle complaints, and ensure invoices are prepared and orders closed promptly. A valid manual transmission license is required.

Qualifications

• Outstanding guest service and presentation skills.
• Focus on process, quality, results and exceptional CSI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A valid driver's license including manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to the dealership's service department.
• Book and manage guest appointments.
• Communicate vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications to guests in an easily understood manner.
• Obtain accurate parts and labour prices for guests.
• Keep guests up to speed on servicing of their vehicle.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Prepare invoices and close allocated repair orders promptly.
• Provide maintenance schedule recommendations for future service requirements.
