Job summary

Queens Beach Hotel at ALH Hotels seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to support the Venue Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will lead the team, model professional service and drive ALH standards across guest service, cleanliness and presentation.

This hands-on role includes coaching staff, promoting safety and procedural compliance, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Experience in hospitality leadership and a passion for guest satisfaction are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and team coaching skills.
• Passion for delivering guest experiences and ALH standards.
• Inherent requirement: physical tasks as part of daily duties.
