Job summary

Queens Beach Hotel, part of ALH Hotels, invites a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team in the Whitsundays a busy hospitality hub. You will support the Venue Manager, lead the guest service team, and ensure our accommodation meets the ALH standard.

You will coach staff, model safety and procedures, and drive memorable guest experiences. The role is hands-on, requires lifting, and values passion, teamwork and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services leadership or supervision is required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to inspire the team.
• Ability to model ALH standards in guest service, cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as role model and lead guest experience improvements.
• Inspire and empower the team to meet ALH standards across guest service, cleanliness and presentation.
