Job summary

Endeavour Group's Queens Beach Hotel in Bowen, QLD is seeking a hands-on Guest Services Supervisor. You will lead the team to deliver memorable guest stays, drive ALH standards across service, cleanliness and presentation, and model safety and procedural compliance.

About the Role

Guest Services Supervisor |Queens Beach Hotel | Dream big with us! In every community, the pub is where the local character can be felt, and the characters can be heard. You might have guest it - we’re looking for our next superstar Supervisor to support the Venue Manager in all things guest services. In this exciting role, you’ll engage and inspire the team to deliver a memorable guest stay. You’ll have a knack for creating passion about procedure and motivate your team to meet the ALH standard in our accommodation offerings. A day in the life of a Guest Services Supervisor:

• Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement and enthusiasm around the guest experience
• Utilise your communication and leadership skills to inspire and empower your team to achieve ALH standards across guest service, cleanliness and presentation
• Promote a culture that is centred around safety and procedural compliance

What do we need from you

About you

• You are great with people, policy and procedure and feel passionate about providing amazing guest experiences
• You know how to deliver on the detail and ability to coach your team to do the same
• You have experience in the retail, sales or hospitality leadership world and the desire to be part of an organisation where you can dream big about your career
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
