Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, tourism, or high-volume customer service role.
• A natural people person with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and able to juggle competing priorities.

• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for guests from booking confirmation to after they leave
• Respond to guest inquiries across all platforms – quickly and professionally
• Build great relationships and turn guests into loyal fans
• Resolve guest issues with confidence, care, and minimal fuss
• Coordinate arrivals, inspections, and ensure everything is guest-ready
• Conduct property inspections (pre-arrival and post-departure audits)
• Recommend upgrades (hello, welcome packs and fresh linen!)
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily checklists
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep everything ticking
• Be flexible and ready to jump in – we're a 24/7 operation with rosters running Monday to Sunday, including weekends
