Job summary

Delaware North Australia is hiring a Guest Services Attendant at Lizard Island Resort. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and ensure a premium experience from arrival to departure.

We value hospitality pros with front office experience, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs while interacting with multiple resort teams to deliver memorable service on the Great Barrier Reef.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline guest service in hotels or resorts.
• Ability to respond to guest requests and complaints.
• Well-presented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of VIPs, hotel services and promotions.
• Perform duties with a high level of guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure memorable experiences.
