Job summary

Pullman Sydney Airport, part of the Accor network, is hiring a Full-Time Front Office All-Rounder to join the Front Office team. You will manage guest check-ins/outs, handle enquiries and support reservations while delivering personalised service from arrival to departure.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Previous Front Office, reception or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using Opera, Fidelio or HOTSOS is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised and engaging guest service in line with Pullman service standards.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and account enquiries using Opera PMS.
• Assist with reservations, switchboard calls and general Front Office administration.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns positively and promptly.
• Support concierge, reception and other Front Office duties as required.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records, handovers and daily Front Office documentation.
• Promote hotel facilities, services and Accor loyalty programs.
