Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is looking for a part-time Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team. You will greet guests, manage bookings, handle payments, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out while delivering the warm Holiday Inn experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Kick off memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome.
• Acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
• Take, manage, and receive payments for bookings.
• Make check-in and check-out swift and seamless.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Be the guests' trusted contact for issues and restaurant suggestions.
• Provide valet parking and ensure vehicle safety.
• Safely lift/push/pull items up to 23 kg when needed.
