OTR Group in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences and keep the store welcoming, clean and well-stocked. You will assist guests with product knowledge and promotions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires multitasking, teamwork (or ability to work independently), and flexibility to work various hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• Comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting
• Have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
