Job summary

Alloggio Noosa is seeking a Property Host Inspector to keep our premium holiday homes guest-ready and gleaming. You’ll be the on-site eyes and ears, conducting pre- and post-guest inspections and ensuring every detail shines from bathrooms to welcome packs.

Joining a coastal team, you’ll coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, manage stock and guest supplies, and collaborate with client service executives to deliver seamless stays in some of the Sunshine Coast’s stunning properties.

Qualifications

• A sharp eye for detail
• Background in accommodation, property, or guest services
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• A current driver’s licence and a hands-on attitude
• A friendly, reliable team player who enjoys variety and coastal life

What You’ll Do

Be the on-site eyes and ears for our premium holiday homes.

Conduct pre- and post-guest inspections to ensure every detail shines.

Oversee presentation standards — from sparkling bathrooms to perfectly placed welcome packs.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Manage stock, amenities, and guest supplies.

Work closely with our Client Service Executives to ensure every stay is seamless and stress-free.

What We’re Looking For

A sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Background in accommodation, property, or guest services (bonus if you know the Coast!).

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

A current driver’s licence and a hands-on attitude.
