Job summary

Meriton Suites on the Gold Coast is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver service excellence. You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the tools to perform at your best and grow your career within Meriton Suites.

You will welcome guests at check-in and check-out, anticipate needs, respond promptly, and promote hotel facilities and services through solid product knowledge. This role requires teamwork, the ability to work under pressure, and availability for a 7-day rotating

Qualifications

Experience in customer service is required.
Interest in the hospitality industry.
Impeccable grooming and presentation.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

Anticipate guest needs and deliver prompt, efficient and polished service when responding to guest requests.
Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
Promote and up-selling hotel facilities and services through solid product and service knowledge.
Effectively communicate and liaise with all departments and understand the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
