Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host in Palm Cove to greet and register owners and guests, provide information on local attractions, and assist in generating tours and sales appointments at our resort destinations.

You will build rapport with guests, coordinate with the resort operations team for a seamless check‑in, and articulate the benefits of traveling within Travel & Leisure's community. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• High levels of computer literacy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering of owners and guests.
• Providing information on local area attractions.
• Completion of department paperwork.
• Assist in tour generation to meet tour qualifications.
• Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments.
• Build rapport to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Coordinate with resort operations for seamless check-in.
• Articulate travel benefits of Travel & Leisure's community.
• Meet targets and KPIs; weekend/public holiday shifts.
