Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Manager at the Nambour Aquatic Centre to lead Guest Experience staff, drive enrolments and membership sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires engagement with leadership and stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives, while maintaining KPIs and budgets.

You will manage recruitment, training, rosters, data entry, and cash handling, ensuring a high-quality guest experience across in-person and phone interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capable of recruiting and developing Guest Experience staff.
• Experience delivering sales targets and KPIs in a service environment.
• Outstanding customer service and proactive problem solving.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems and data entry processes.
• Ability to work with budgets, stock control, and rosters.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop Guest Experience staff to meet membership and enrolment targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive guest experience.
• Meet monthly new member and program enrolment KPIs and stock control KPIs.
• Maintain NPS and mystery shop scores aligned with Belgravia Leisure KPIs.
• Lead rosters and work with Centre Manager on action plans.
