Endeavour Group is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Sydney to support the Sales team with high-quality service and proactive engagement. You will handle B2B enquiries by phone and email, process orders, and help prepare event quotes while building strong relationships across our store network.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will support the sales team by ensuring smooth customer interactions, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing proactive service that helps drive overall team success.

• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and customer loyalty.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all B2B enquiries via phone, and email, maintaining a friendly and engaging manner.
• Accurately process customer orders and prepare event quotes.
• Proactively resolve customer issues, identify opportunities to improve service, and escalate technical discrepancies via the correct channels.
• Build strong relationships across the store network.
• Follow all logistics processes, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
• Contribute to sales goals.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks and consistently promote a positive, collaborative team culture.
