Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Customer Service Consultant based in Sydney with hybrid working arrangements. You will support the sales team by delivering high-level customer service, handling inquiries, and performing administrative tasks to help drive team success.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, respond to enquiries promptly, process orders, and contribute to a positive, collaborative store network.

Qualifications

• Customer-centric attitude with prior high-quality customer service experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Beverage industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders and support Sales teams.
• Respond to B2B inquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner.
• Process customer orders and prepare quotes for events.
• Resolve issues proactively and escalate with correct channels.
• Collaborate with store network and keep logistics data accurate.
• Support team with admin tasks and promote a positive team culture.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will support the sales team by ensuring smooth customer interactions, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing proactive service that helps drive overall team success.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and customer loyalty.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all B2B enquiries via phone, and email, maintaining a friendly and engaging manner.
• Accurately process customer orders and prepare event quotes.
• Proactively resolve customer issues, identify opportunities to improve service, and elevate technical discrepancies via the correct channels.
• Build strong relationships across the store network.
• Follow all logistics processes, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
• Contribute to sales goals.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks and consistently promote a positive, collaborative team culture.
