Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking friendly Customer Service Officers at Redcliffe War Memorial Swimming Pool. You will greet guests, process registrations, and support member services in a busy community facility.

This casual role includes weekend and evening shifts on rotation, with opportunities to progress within the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group and enjoy free facility access. You'll need strong communication, cash handling, and a friendly approach to help visitors have a positive experience

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service and communication.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays on rotation.
• Experience in leisure is desirable.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Blue card.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, in person and over the telephone.
• Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Provide customers with membership information and sell memberships when joining or renewing.
• Promote the centre's services and manage bookings/enrolments.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with customers and the public.
• Open/close the centre following security and safety procedures.
