Job summary

Belgravia Leisure's Nambour Aquatic Centre in Queensland seeks a Sales & Guest Experience Manager to lead Guest Experience staff, recruit and train teams, and drive new member and program enrolment sales targets.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, develop plans with the leadership team, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience through strong business acumen and CRM/POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• National Police Check is required.
• Working with Vulnerable People clearance required.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
• Legal right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop Guest Experience staff to meet enrolment sale targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate with Centre Manager and leadership to meet KPIs.
• Manage rosters, cash handling and POS data entry.
• Support monthly membership and program enrolment targets.
