Job summary

You will oversee reception, reservations and guest services, coordinate rosters and training, partner with housekeeping and other departments, and support guest enquiries with a can‑do attitude across weekends,

Qualifications

• Experience leading guest services teams in hospitality.
• Experience with computerised booking systems during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn and apply BelgraviaPRO processes.
• Flexible attitude to hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Guest Services team.
• Oversee reception, reservations and guest services operations.
• Coordinate rosters, training and performance to maintain service standards.
• Deliver engaging guest experiences and handle guest inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Support housekeeping to maintain high standards and efficiency.
