Job summary

Quest Dubbo, owned by Maurice Family Investments Pty Ltd, is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our hands-on team in Dubbo NSW. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and manage reservations with warmth and efficiency.

With strong communication, computer skills and a passion for customer service, you’ll support guest enquiries, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service.

• Answering telephone and email enquiries.
• Processing guest accounts and payments accurately.
• Assisting guests with requests and resolving issues quickly.
• Sharing knowledge of Dubbo, including local restaurants, attractions and services.
• Promoting Quest Dubbo and helping guests choose the right apartment for their stay.
• Coordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Assisting with meeting and conference facilities.
