Job summary

Village Roadshow Ltd is seeking a Guest Services Host at Sea World, Main Beach, Gold Coast. The role offers a part-time, $29.52 per hour position focused on a warm, guest-centric front-of-house presence from the Guest Services Office, Animal Adventure Centre and Reception Desk.

You will welcome guests, share knowledge about attractions, process bookings, and ensure a memorable visit with professional service in a fast-paced theme park environment.

Qualifications

• Provide First Aid and CPR certification required or willing to obtain before start.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Previous reception experience with switchboard/communication systems.
• Positive, friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service.
• Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills.
• Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Available to work a seven-day rotating roster including weekends, school holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
• Assist lost and found enquiries according to procedures.
• Process Animal Adventure bookings and ticket upgrades.
• Conduct VIP escorts and park familiarizations.
• Handle feedback or complaints and follow up as required.
• Perform Main Reception duties including switchboard, mail/courier and daily park reports.
• Respond to emergencies in line with policy and procedures.
• Provide thorough knowledge of Village Roadshow Theme Parks properties.
