Job summary

Shoalhaven Ex Services Group in Worrigee NSW is seeking 3 friendly Gaming Experience Hosts to join our gaming operations across Nowra and Worrigee. You will deliver welcoming, responsible service and help create memorable experiences for our members and guests.

This front-of-house role combines customer service with welfare awareness, observing behaviour, assisting with machine features, payouts and beverage service while upholding responsible gambling and harm minimisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Strong communication and empathy for diverse members.
• Willingness to obtain RSA/RCG before start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships through personalized service.
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on the gaming floor.
• Explain gaming machine features and assist with payouts.
• Support responsible gambling and harm minimisation.
• Complete records and compliance documentation as required.
