Job summary

Endeavour Group’s ALH venues are hiring a Gaming Attendant in NSW to welcome guests with warm, authentic service. You’ll assist guests, handle payouts, and ensure compliance with RSA and gaming regulations. This hands-on role requires physical tasks and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

You’ll bring RSA and RCG/RCG qualifications, strong people skills, and team spirit to contribute to a safe, social environment. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and provide warm, authentic service.
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling per hotel policy.
• Ensure compliance with RSA and gaming regulations.
