Travel + Leisure Co. in Manly is hiring a Part-time Guest Experience Host to greet and register owners and guests, provide local area information, and manage essential front-desk tasks. You will support tour generation, coordinate with sales centers via livestream, and build rapport to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires excellent communication, a professional appearance, and strong computer literacy. Weekend and public holiday availability is essential for success.

Formación

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• High levels of computer literacy.
• Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register owners and guests.
• Provide information on local area attractions.
• Complete all department related paperwork.
• Use all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers.
• Assist in the tour generation process to qualify prospects.
• Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for sales centers and via livestream.
• Build rapport to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Work with resort operations for a seamless check-in.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Travel & Leisure's community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
