Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Experience Host/Face-To-Face Lead Generator in Dinner Plain, Victoria, Australia.

This part-time role guarantees at least 22.5 hours per week and focuses on creating memorable stays for guests through exceptional service at the front desk and proactive engagement. You will schedule onsite tours, greet and register members and guests, provide local area information, and coordinate with teams to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay.
• Meet monthly tour budgets and other key performance indicators.
• Assist in ensuring prospects meet the Company's tour qualification specifications.
• Greet and register members and guests, provide local area information, complete department paperwork, and use communication equipment.
• Pre-call, greet, welcome guests, provide room escorts, porter service, follow-up courtesy calls, and tourist information/bookings.
