The role emphasizes proactive service, clear communication, and collaboration with the Workplace Lead to uphold service standards and enhance the overall experience for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in reception or frontline information exchange is desired.
• Hospitality or community engagement experience is advantageous.
• Entry level position with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and guide to hosts/meeting areas.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain reception, meeting rooms, lounges and common areas to a high standard.
• Manage access passes and induction files; assist with desk coverage.
• Coordinate meetings/events, catering, AV setup and room bookings.
• Handle mail, couriers and deliveries; support workplace requests.
