Responsibilities

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring each visit is memorable.
• Recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make interactions fun and memorable.
• Manage function bookings and coordinate the functions team for seamless events.
• Oversee setup and resetting of function rooms to meet venue standards.
• Utilise booking software and computer systems for daily admin tasks.
• Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
