Job summary

Accor Vacation Club’s The Sebel/Peppers Manly Beach is seeking a Duty Manager to lead front desk operations and guest service, ensuring seamless day-to-day resort functioning.

You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance in the absence of senior staff; drive the Guest Experience Host program and manage supplies to support hotel performance. A hands-on leader with a guest-first mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and cash handling.
• Computer literate; Opera PMS experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, determination, and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of the Front Office, including greeting owners and guests, registration, communications systems monitoring, dispensing information and portage of luggage.
• Oversee general resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance issues in the absence of any more senior team member.
• Drive the Guest Experience Host program onsite to deliver the budgeted sales guest flow and penetration rates.
• Ensure that office supply inventories levels are maintained and updated as needed.
